As part of the technology team, you'll work alongside other frontend, backend, and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers on the development of several new (and some existing) web and mobile applications for Silverstein internal teams, customers and consumer audiences.

You have experience working in a fast startup-like environment while wearing many hats.
You are passionate about delivering products from end-to-end, from ideation through planning and scoping, to implementation and experimental A/B testing.
You have experience or desire to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with design, product, data science, and research.
You are able to prioritize between high impact initiatives and areas where we should deeply invest with those where a less robust solution may be more appropriate.
We expect you to be ready for the fast-paced nature of an early start-up company and the needs we have of quickly building and deploying software.
